Do You Follow-up with Your Salon Clients

Do you every just call your clients just because, or at least follow up with every new client that you get to make sure that they were satisfied with your services and if you could offer any additional services?

Well you should, within the first 24-48 hours, give every new client a call just to make sure they were completely satisfied with the services they received. They will appreciate your concern and have good things to say to friends and family. Following up after each appointment is a great way to get feedback on your services and get a honest about your clients experience.

I know there is so much to do in any stylist day, but don’t forget that it’s easier to keep a client that you already have than to have to find new clients. So nurture your client relationships and let them know that you appreciate them choosing to work with you.
